RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Frouses, we hope all our customers will be satisfied with their purchases. Thus we accept exchanges with the following criteria met:
1. All exchanges must be made within 7 working days upon receipt of your order.
2. Kindly inform us and wait for our confirmation email before mailing the item back to us.
3. All accessories are not eligible for an exchange.
4. To be eligible for an exchange or return, all items returned must be in the original condition, unwashed, with our hang tags intact as well as packed in the clear bag as given.
5. Once we have checked processed the returned item, we will refund the item amount as store credit back to your account with us.
6. Sales or promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned. Return or exchange is only applicable to regular price item.
7. Customers will fully bear the postage cost involved in the exchange and return process. Courier fee is at SGD4.50 per pick up.
8. All returned parcel must be strictly mail back via traceable mail .
9. Kindly note that there will be a deduction of SGD1.60 for the postage fee that we subsidized at the beginning of the purchase.
10. We reserved the rights to refuse the exchange should the above conditions are not met.
11. We offer pick up of the return item at a courier fee of SGD4.50. After payment of the courier fee is received, we will send you a copy of the courier receipt to be printed and attached securely on the return parcel.
